Landmine Kills 7: Nigerian Soldiers In Borno Thursday Thursday Night

Seven Nigerian have been confirmed killed in Ngala Local Government Area of Borno State.

Military sources said that the soldiers including troops from 7 division Delta force and 7 Division Garrison were rushing to a location in Auno in the local government where there was an attack by terrorists in the night when their vehicle stepped on a landmine, killing no fewer than seven soldiers.

"There was an attack last night in Auno location which is under Ngala Local Government Area of Borno state. Troops from 7 Division Delta Force and 7 Division garrison were mobilized for reinforcement. Sadly one of the vehicles moving garrison soldiers matched on a land mine, killing about seven soldiers.

"Meanwhile, the reinforcement still stood their ground in Auno, while the soldiers of Auno location have gone into the bush in pursuit of the enemies. Troops fighting spirits still remain high.
