"We won't Negotiate With US, Trump Started It," Says Iran

A top Iranian national security official, Ali Larijani, has explained that his country has no plan to negotiate with the United States of America, USA, over the ongoing bombing on Iran by America and Israeli armies.

Larijani, who is one of the country’s most influential personalities spoke in a comment on X in response to media reports that suggested Iran had contacted the United States through intermediaries to restart peace talks.

He spoke against the backdrop of claims by America's President Trump, that "We’ve finished whole of Iran military leadership, others want to surrender."

Larijani, the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, said on X that US President Donald Trump has “caused chaos in the region with his ‘false hopes’ and is now concerned about more American soldiers getting hurt.”

He said, “With his crazy actions, he has changed his own slogan of ‘America First’ into ‘Israel First’ and is willing to send American soldiers to support Israel’s search for power.”

Larijani, who was an Adviser to late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khmenei, stated that Iranian forces “did not start the invasion,” pointing out that America and Israel started it.

US and Israel have already killed Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei after his home was hit on Saturday.

Khamenei died alongside his daughter, grandchild, son-in-law, and daughter-in-law who were in his house during the strike.

The Israeli army also said that Ali Shamkhani, a top advisor to Khamenei, and the head of Iran’s powerful Revolutionary Guards, General Mohammad Pakpour, were also killed in the strikes.
