Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State, has escaped unhurt after being involved in a minor road accident on the Daura-Katsina on Sunday evening.

This was made known by the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Radda, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, in a statement in Katsina.
Mohamed said Malam Radda was on official duty when the incident occurred, adding however, that his principal was good health, even as did "not sustain serious injuries, and remains" in high spirits.
Meanwhile, Governor Radda has expressed gratitude over what he described as divine protection and thanked the people of Katsina and other well-wishers for their prayers and concern.
