The Rivers State High Court, presided over by Justice Stephen Jumbo, has voided the congresses of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state.
The court’s decision followed disputes over the legitimacy of the congresses and raises questions about the validity of the party’s leadership structure and the potential implications for future elections.
