The management of Air Peace airline has denied allegations arising from a viral video showing purported passenger mishandling on flight P47123 from Abuja to Lagos on December 20, 2024, describing the video as "false, mischievous and misleading."
According to Air Peace, the video, circulating widely on social media, falsely portrayed an incident during passenger boarding in Abuja.

Head of Corporate Communications at Air Peace, Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, who spoke said that the situation at the boarding gate became overwhelmed as passengers rushed towards the aircraft.
“While we empathise with our loyal customers who experienced delays.
” Such representations do not reflect our values or operations. There is no truth in the allegations," he added.”
Air Peace stressed that passengers and crew safety remains its paramount concern, while regretting any inconvenience caused by the weather-related delays.
