Newly elected local government Chairman for Uzo-Uwani area of Enugu state, Bar. Chijioke Ezugwu, yesterday, presented his Certificate of Return to octogenarian female politician of the Zikist/Jim Nwobodo era in old Anambra state, Lady (Chief) Maria Nnadozie, Chinyelogu 1, at her residence in Nsukka town.
