3 Die As Multiple Bomb Blasts Rock Niger Community

Three persons have reportedly died while five others sustained various degrees of  injury in a series of bomb explosions in Bassa community in Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State.
The tragic incidents have left behind a trail of blood, sorrow and destruction.
Chairman of Shiroro Local Government Council, Akilu Kuta, confirmed the incident in an interview with Channels Television via a telephone call from Minna, the state capital.
Kuta said that the first blast occurred around 8:30 am, followed by another explosion just minutes later, resulting in the deaths of two persons.
According to Kuta, the third and final blast was said to have taken place around 3:30 pm in the Tudun Baturia area of Bassa community, claiming one life.
The chairman further said that, the victims of the blasts were rushed to Kuta General Hospital for initial treatment, before being transferred to the IBB Specialist Hospital for further treatment.
The authorities  are yet to react to incidents.
