Justice Ngwu died of Hepatitis C ---- Son


Late, Justice Fidelis Ngwu.

The family of Justice Fidelis Ngwu has explained that the late jurist died of cancer of the liver.

His son, Chukwuelobe Ngwu, who made this known in his Facebook page, said their father was diagnosed with hepatitis C which was on its fourth stage and informed that he had only about six months to live. 

Justice Ngwu died on Saturday, June 27, 2020.

Chukwuelobe said, "I thank the good Lord for this beautiful soul that He gave me for a father. As you deemed it right to take my father to heaven, I thank you Lord.

"My father died in the early hours of today (Saturday, June 27, 2020). I held him in my arms as he breathed his last. He suffered hepatitis C for close to a decade and it destroyed his liver. He was diagonised with stage 4 liver cancer and was given six months to live. 

"He accepted death with courage and worshipped the Lord even unto death. Its not a sad day, rather, its a glorious day in heaven.

 "My father blessed and prayed for us on Fathers Day. He enjoined to love each other and humanity. The family is strong and taking this very well. May the soul of Justice Fidelis Ifeanyichukwu Nwachi Ngwu rest in the blossom of the Lord Almighty."
