Children Most Vital Asset Of Our Country -- PSC Chairman, Solomon Arase



... Calls for deliberate government policy to  improve their development  

Chairman of the Police Service Commission, PSC, and former Inspector General of Police, IGP,  Dr. Solomon Arase, CFR, has felicitated with Nigerian children as they celebrate their day, stressing  that children deserve to be handled with a lot of care as they are the most vital asset of our nation.
This was contained in.a statement signed by the Head, Press and Public Relations of PSC, Ikechukwu Ani, weekend. 
Arase said  there is need for a deliberate government policy to improve the lots of children especially in the face of the global economic meltdown, noting that our sweat for our children today "is a promise for a better tomorrow."
According to him, "we must as of necessity invest in our children to reap the benefits of a rapid national growth."
He urged the Nigerian Children especially those of the staff of the PSC and the Nigeria Police Force, a rewarding celebration.
Arase, then prayed that the innocence and promise of our children should feel our homes and heart with happiness and fond memories to cherish forever.
