Ukraine’s Air Force launches 10 strikes on Russian locations on Wednesday.
During the day, missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit two enemy manpower clusters.
This is stated in the evening report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Facebook.
"During the day, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched 10 strikes on the enemy personnel and military equipment clusters. And missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit two enemy manpower clusters," the report says.
During the day, the enemy launched nine missile strikes, including four on the city of Kharkiv, 10 airstrikes, and more than 20 MLRS attacks.
In Volyn, Polissia, Sivershchyna, and Slobozhanshchyna directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes. The enemy continues to maintain a military presence near the state border of Ukraine, but no signs of the formation of offensive groups have been detected.
The enemy launched mortar and artillery attacks on the settlements of Mykhalchyna Sloboda, Chernihiv region; Koreniok, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Ryzhivka, and Basivka in Sumy region, as well as areas of 15 settlements in Kharkiv region, including Tymofiivka, Starytsia, Vovchansk, Budarky, Ambarne, and Bolohivka.
The Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group was spotted in Bolohivka area. The Defense Forces opened fire, and the enemy retreated to the territory of the Russian Federation.
The enemy carried out several unsuccessful assaults in Kupyansk and Lyman directions. A sabotage and reconnaissance group also tried to enter Fyholivka area. Russian troops shelled the areas of Kamyanka, Hryanikyvka, Kotliarivka, and Berestove in Kharkiv region; Nevske, Kreminna, Kuzmyne, Dibrova, Bilohorivka in Luhansk region; Ivanivka and Yampolivka in Donetsk region with artillery.
In Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to attack the positions of Ukrainian troops near the settlements of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Berkhivka, Yahidne, and Bakhmut. The enemy is actively conducting aerial reconnaissance to adjust artillery fire. Areas of 18 settlements were shelled, including Spirne, Vesele, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Berkhivka, Yahidne, Bakhmut, and Ozarianivka.
In Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, the occupiers went on an unsuccessful offensive near Novobakhmutivka, Vodiane, Nevelske, Marinka, and Prechystivka. The areas of 20 settlements, including Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Vodiane, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Paraskoviivka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk region, came under artillery fire.
In Zaporizhzhia direction, the areas of Vremivka, Novosilka, and Novopil in Donetsk region; Malynivka, Huliaypole, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Kamyanske in Zaporizhzhia region; Vyshchetarasivka in Dnipropetrovsk region were struck.
In Kherson direction, the settlements of Kherson region located on the right bank of the Dnipro River, particularly Novotiahynka, Antonivka, and Chornobayivka, were hit with artillery.
The General Staff also reported that the Russian invaders were using the local infrastructure in the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region for their own purposes, in particular their own enrichment. For example, at one of the service stations in Tokmak, the invaders not only maintain their military equipment, but also disassemble cars stolen from the local population into spare parts for further sale.
