Dethroned Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi Set To Be Re-Enthroned Emir Of Kano

There are strong indications that former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN and deposed Emir of Kano, His Highness, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi is set to be re-enthroned by the incoming administration of the Governor- elect of Kano State, Abba Kabir, who would be sworn in on Monday, May 29, 2023.
"Precious Eze's Blog" gathered exclusively that the former Emir Sanusi was among dignitaries invited for the inauguration of Mr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, a.k.a  Abba Gida-Gida and his deputy, Comrade Amin Abdussalam Gwarzo.
The invitation extended to the former Emir read, "it is therefore my great pleasure to invite you to my swearing- in ceremony along with my deputy, Comrade Amin Adbussalam Gwarzo and it is my belief that your presence will not only significantly add colour to this important event, but will also serve a a major boost and support to us as we embark on a journey that aims at restoring the lost glory and reputation of our dear state, by returning it to the path of progress and development in all fields of human endevour."
Leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP,  Sen Musa Kwakwanso, which is Yusuf's party, had earlier hinted that the deposed Emir Sanusi would be re-enthroned by the new administration.
The outgoing Governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje, had stripped Sanusi of his royal title of Emir of Kano emirate, and split the old Emirate into smaller Emirates with more emirs.

Ganduje was severely criticised for behaving like a man, with the mindset that he would be Governor of Kano forever, not remembering that a day like May 29 would come when another person would take his place and he would become a normal citizen in the state.

With this invitation and the content thereof, it is certain that if the administration of Abba Kabir wants to correct some of the mess Ganduje made in the state, it would be the re-enthronement of Sanusi and the dethronement of the current Emir of Kano.
